Mudfish Forums

Mudfish forums is a place to find the solution and ask the questions. In this section, it explains how to use the features supported by Mudfish Forums.

Using the forums​

Visit https://forums.mudfish.net and sign in with your existing Mudfish username and password. The forum home page lists topics across categories; click a category beside a title to view only that category.

Open a category to create a topic using the form at the top. Reply using the form below a topic. Select the lock icon to make your post private.

To make an existing post private:

  1. Open My Topics.
  2. Click the edit icon beside the post.
  3. Select the private option.
  4. Save the post.

Profile picture​

You can set a picture through Gravatar using the email address associated with your Mudfish account, or change it under Person icon (upper right) → Edit Profile. If no picture is set, a Gravatar retro image is displayed.

Search and your topics​

Click the search icon in the upper-right corner and enter keywords to find matching titles. Press Enter to search both titles and post content.

You can find your posts through My Topics in the forum menu, or use the link above.

Status​

Please note that Mudfish Networks leaves answers at our business hours. So if you leave the question at weekend or holidays, it'll get the answer at next business day.

Our business hours: 9 AM ~ 6 PM (KST)

Each forum topics could show the topic status when it's waiting the answer from the forum administrator. Currently the following status is available and each meanings are as follows:

  • Status: Queued

    This mean that the topic or comment is newly registered. And it's waiting the answer from the forum administrator.

    Normally it takes 0 ~ 24 hours to be answered.

  • Status: Escalated

    This mean that the topic is escalated to the product manager of Mudfish. So it requires the extra verification or action to solve the topic.

    This may involve requesting more information, checking a payment or refund, or preparing a fix for a program or node issue.

    Normally it takes up to 2 ~ 4 days to be answered.
