Is it possible to use 1 mudfish account on 2 pc at the same time?​

Unfortunately it's not possible. Each machine should have a separated Mudfish account. Please check Manage aliases section about how to create a sub (alias) account which shares your mudfish credits.

How can I delete or deactivate my account?​

Please sign in at http://accounts.en.loxch.com/ link. At there you can find "Close account" menu to delete your account.

My login says I need to verify my account, what should I do?​

You can follow this link: https://mudfish.net/signin_captcha Please note that this process relies on your public IP, so if you are accessing through a VPN or proxy, your account may not be properly verified and you may still be asked to verify.

  1. For iOS users, the Apple Private Relay feature may interfere with account authentication.

    Please try authenticating through a browser other than Safari, or turn off the feature temporarily during authentication.
