Account

Open the person icon at the upper right to access account options, including Edit Profile, Change Password, and Manage aliases.

Edit Profile​

You can edit your general account information.

  • Data Plan: change your account's plan. You can change it only once per month.
  • Connection Log: enable recording of connections through Mudfish nodes. Logging is disabled by default to protect your privacy. Enable it when you need to investigate credit usage.
  • Expert Mode: display advanced options, including custom items.

Change Password​

You can change your password at this menu.

Manage aliases​

To use this feature, you should turn on "Expert Mode". Please visit Edit Profile menu to change it.

If you'd like to use your mudfish account for multiple devices you can create aliases at this menu.

These aliases are sharing mudfish credits with your Master (origin) account. So any traffic usages or equipping the mudfish item could charge mudfish credits to your Master account.

Features​

  • You can create up to 15 alias accounts.

  • At alias account

    • You can not buy the mudfish credits.

    • You can not create other aliases. Please use your Master account to create other aliases.

  • Your master credits are used because it's shared cross all aliases.

Alias​

Create​

At 'Person icon (upper right) → Manage aliases' menu, you can click 'Add alias' button to create your aliases.

Delete​

Open Person icon (upper right) → Manage aliases, then click Remove next to the alias you want to delete.

Connect​

It's totally same with normal log-in steps but with alias username.

An alias using Pay-Per-Traffic shares the master account's credits. An alias using Subscription needs its own subscription voucher; the master's voucher does not apply to the alias.

FAQ​

Does an alias inherit the master account's data plan?​

No. New aliases use Pay-Per-Traffic by default. Sign in with the alias to change its plan.

Does a Subscription alias need a separate voucher?​

Yes. Even if the master account uses Subscription, each Subscription alias must purchase and equip its own voucher.
