Release Notes (iOS)

The version shown in the app settings differs from the App Store version, so both are listed below. Dates are based on when the source version tag was created, or when the release was first documented if no tag exists. They may differ from the App Store release dates.

5.5.6 (2026-10-13)​

App Store version: 1.56

  • Warnings and errors from the app and VPN are now automatically reported to Mudfish.

5.5.5 (2026-08-28)​

App Store version: 1.55

  • Credit purchase options are now listed from lowest to highest price.
  • Improved error messages to help identify the cause of authentication server connection failures.

5.5.4 (2026-05-03)​

App Store version: 1.54

  • When the app is reopened while the VPN is connected, it now goes directly to the main screen without repeating the login process if saved account and node information is available.

5.5.3 (2026-03-17)​

App Store version: 1.53

  • Credit purchases are now confirmed as complete only after the server successfully validates the receipt.
  • Added error logging when receipt validation fails.
  • Added a Mudfish icon for use in widgets.

5.5.2 (2026-03-07)​

App Store version: 1.52

  • Redesigned the login and sign-up screens and added a button to show or hide the entered password.
  • Added a prompt that takes users to the credit purchase screen when their credit balance is low.
  • Redesigned the Home Screen widget to show the VPN connection status and selected node. Small and medium sizes are supported. On iOS 17 or later, users can connect or disconnect the VPN directly from the widget.
