mudwfp_proxy Command-Line Options
The mudwfp_proxy process uses Windows Filtering Platform (WFP) to route traffic from specific processes through Mudfish.
Command-line options
The following options are available:
-
-b <pattern>Defines a rule to apply. The following rules are supported:
-
<procname>|FProxies traffic from the specified process locally. This is typically used to identify the IP addresses and ports a process uses, or to check whether the process works correctly through mudwfp_proxy.
-
<procname>|B|<ip>:<port>Forwards traffic from the specified process to the given IP address and port. This corresponds to Basic Mode for Mudfish nodes.
-
<procname>|A|<ip>:<port>|<ip>:<port>Forwards traffic from the specified process through two IP addresses and ports. This corresponds to Advanced Mode for Mudfish nodes.
Set
procnameto*to apply mudwfp_proxy to all processes that generate traffic. -
-
-e <procname>Excludes the specified process from mudwfp_proxy.
-
-E <CIDR>Excludes the specified network block from mudwfp_proxy.
-
-M <value>Sets the maximum MTU, which is used to check packet sizes when forwarding UDP packets.
-
-rControls whether mudwfp_proxy logs are written to a file or to stdout.
-

-
mudwfp_proxy.exe -b "*|F" -e "firefox.exe" -E "14.63.0.0/16"Filters traffic from all processes except firefox.exe, and excludes traffic destined for 14.63.0.0/16.
-
mudwfp_proxy.exe -b "firefox.exe|FFilters traffic from firefox.exe and proxies it locally. It does not forward the traffic to another node.
