Here's a video clip how to set it up for the basic functionality test.

Steps​

If you feel Mudfish doesn't work properly, please check the basic functionality of Mudfish as follows:

If you can see "it's working" message, it means that the basic functionality of Mudfish is fine. If not there's a problem in somewhere.

Doesn't work?​

If this doesn't work properly, please try to do as follows:

  • If you're using mudfish under network firewall, sometimes the firewall could block the connection from mudfish. Please try to change Connection Protocols to another and try to test this again.

  • Please check the core logs at 'Status → Process' menu. If you can see any warning or error messages at there, please check the error code documents for workarounds.

iOS (iPhone)​

If you feel Mudfish doesn't work properly on iPhone, please check the basic functionality of Mudfish as follows:

  • Start the mudfish app and sign in.

  • Connect after picking any one of mudfish nodes. Please make sure that "Connection Status" is changed to "Connected".

    And you should see "VPN" mark on the top.

  • Then open the safari and visit https://myip.mudfish.net site.

If you can see "it's working" message, it means that the basic functionality of Mudfish is fine. If not there's a problem in somewhere.
