How to check the basic functionality

Here's a video clip on how to set it up for the basic functionality test.

Steps

If Mudfish doesn't seem to be working properly, please check its basic functionality as follows:

• Enable Full VPN mode and select a Mudfish node. Then save the configuration.

  

• Then restart the program completely and visit https://myip.mudfish.net.

If you see the "it's working" message, it means the basic functionality of Mudfish is fine. If not, there is a problem somewhere.

Doesn't work?

If it still doesn't work properly, please try the following:

• If your network is IPv6 enabled, please try to disable it and test again.

• If you're using Mudfish behind a network firewall, the firewall might be blocking the connection. Please try changing the Connection Protocol to another option and test again.

• Please check the core logs in the 'Status → Process' menu. If you see any warning or error messages there, please refer to the error code documentation for workarounds.
