Requesting Support for a New Game

Is your game missing from Mudfish? You can temporarily play using Full VPN Mode. See Unsupported Games for other ways to use Mudfish with it.

To provide game server information, use one of these methods:

• Process Capture with Mudfish (preferred)

  On Windows, WFP lets you apply Mudfish to specific processes.

• Packet Capture with Mudfish

  Capture TCP or UDP game traffic using Mudfish's built-in feature, without installing a separate driver or program.

• Packet Capture with Wireshark

  Capture TCP or UDP game traffic using a packet capture driver such as WinPcap.

• Finding Game Server Information with TCPView

  If you already know that the game uses TCP, use this method to identify its server IP addresses.

How can I capture packets if the game cannot connect without a VPN?

With Mudfish closed, use Wireshark to capture the failed connection attempt, then send the capture to support@loxch.com.
