How is usage charged?
Mudfish for Android uses Full VPN mode by default. Charges follow the data plan of the account you sign in with.
Why does "Disconnected!" appear when I approve the VPN permission request?
This can happen when the app cannot communicate with the Mudfish master server or encounters another error. Possible causes include:
- No username or password was entered on the sign-in screen.
- Communication with the master server or authentication failed. For example:
- The username was not found or the password was incorrect.
- An internal database error occurred.
- The account was not activated.
- The account's routing table could not be read.
Check that your username and password are correct. If you are using Wi-Fi, try a mobile connection such as 3G or 4G LTE. If you are using mobile data, try Wi-Fi instead. Your ISP or workplace firewall may be blocking the connection.
How can I check whether Mudfish is working?
Run the app, sign in, and connect to Mudfish. Open https://myip.mudfish.net in your phone's browser. If Mudfish is working, the page will indicate that your connection is using it.
